It is a Manufacturing grant - AVL has talked up its vision for years and is more about the technology to convert slag and the optics of that innovation (going to a plant to powered by clean hydrogen) - wording of grant seems to be supporting the mix of secondary effects Ala "Collaboration with ATCO Australia for green hydrogen and Bryah Resources Limited (ASX: BYH) for recovery of nickel, copper and cobalt from the tails stream". AVL also have links to the USA.

But agree that rising tide lifts all and TMT is hands down better from the economic perspective. More publicity of Vanadium can only help us. SunCable also announced the biggest battery will be used for its Australia-Singapore solar powered electricity project, unsure if it will be VRFB...
