I must change my statement.
After following rare earths for many years and the Chinese purchase of the Mt. Pass mine in California, it SEEMS the Chinese wish to dominate this resource.
As of the opposition to Lynas in Malaysia, I cannot say the Chinese are involved in that. But ?
