Sorry, it was mentioned in a busy dinner session and I did not take too much notice till recently when I started reading the news on Lynas.
I think my point was that if there were shenanigans to get things to happen (not saying there was, it is Malaysia after all), then you would find things very different these days.
These things are common in Malaysia and I remember there was a lot of press back a while ago.
I only assume that they meant the waste from the plant. I have no knowledge of the process.
