You are right the fact That black market offers one gr @5-6 can$ vs 10 légal is an issue That Will need to be adressed. In the meantime giant in the industry work hard to réduce cost production to bring it under 1 And éven 0,5 can$, so i guess the follow up on That point is of the most important for the industry imo
