At the last AGM I asked DP about this as on the financial statements the only reference I could find to the 1 million US Dollars was a refundable loan.
His reply was "the money is in the bank and they wont get it back" words to that effect anyway.
He later claimed that he had rights to it because of work done at their request.

It looks like a leagal battle facing us unless we get rid of the current board.

More wasted money through legal action as Hunter would put it.
Wonder who he will blame for this.

Just shows how arragont this old fool is, it was clearly stated as refundable and he refuses to comply.

China rail will kill him if he refuses this request, he wont have a leg to stand on and certainly can't match their funding on legal action.
