CE mentioned, in passing, that the trial mining was at Habanero - [meeting, didn't ask for details or know what he was referring to at the time].
If it is actually the trial mine site then the comments below may give you some idea of grade and scale.
The 2020 paper by Escolme et al has this figure.
The need for a decline fits the comments made so far as this is definitely not open pittable at a small scale.
