Nah, if the effluent valve cap wasn't fitting properly, then
shit happens. I heard about this once from the owner of
a pleasure boat, the toilet valve handle in the wrong position
meant the effluent drained onto a dingy that came alongside, and
onto the people in the dingy. "What's that awful smell?" Ha !
