600b isn't chump change buddy and like you said it's over 4 years
takes time to produce buildings and infrastructure
also Australia is helping fund 1b into critical minerals which will require steel again
what does it matter if China is the primary user of said steel either?
there is still a demand and also a shortage of iron ore which is being filled
yeah the prices aren't going to stay at $180 for the next 4 years
but I'm betting we will still be above $140 by the end of this year
