Is this not simply diverting gas they would have earmarked for overseas commitments and thereby they need to replace from somewhere? My understanding is that Santos (and its partners) just doesn't have enough gas to put through Gladstone now because they haven't got it. Gladstone is putting through under its capacity and it's costing a substantial amount in unfulfilled potential revenue to GLNG, because they don't have the gas to put through the system!
