”The intent of the long term inventive plan is to ensure no windfall gains.......” What rubbish . If that was the intent it should have been clearly spelled out in detail in the plan. Making changes that are retrospective is never appropriate. In any event the intent of such plans is to reward staff for the long term success the company has achieved . Same applies to gold stocks and oil stocks and basically all stock plans .
I wouldn’t be surprised to see some legal action around the corner. Not a good look and a poor reflection on the Board.
