Not really responding to your post but just commenting that big 4 banks Ceo bonuses were eye watering. Performance share awarded for reaching a revenue target is more justifiable than being awarded for reaching a share price target.

I have not been here long enough but the LT would know if these directors were paid a renumeration through the start up years up to June 2018? Mostly not and to renumerate them with performance share at the time the share price were very low and the award did not look anything like 500m is just incentive for working through and getting ISX to what it is.

I am still not up to scratch reading through past years ann etc so what the hell? Current and past shareholders have no issue with the dilutions. Basically 1b shares are in line with many big corporations. Ok ISX is not quite a big corporation yet but IMO its getting there.
