Yes I am well aware of the intent and purpose of the report. Within the 'guide' I am using from the report, there are examples contained within those sections. It is easy to replace the company names, events, data, statements etc with recent scenarios relating to some other ASX listed companies. I can also link media reports and ASX announcements.

I would hope that some (or many) ASIC investigators would be familiar with the contents and headings of the Senate Inquiry report and hence be willing and capable of responding to requests to investigate spurious activity in a timely manner.
