SWM should have skeleton staff through these times while they have a chance, why do they need to people in tge morning show just have one or pay cuts like tge AFL and so on and when the storm passes we crank it up back to normal, remember Scott Morrison said " every body is going to do their part, some loosing their jobs, bussineses closing, reducing income banks are stepping in with delaying payments and restructuring loans.whatever it takes. share holders take a hit from this virus so why dont emplyees and the board take a hit as well, this is the time when the board and CEO and staff take leadership and show that they are effected as well. then SWM will be in the best position to get through this pandemic. and if you think the CEO decides to leave so be it where do you think they will get a high paying job in this environment. but I do believe we have the right people in control and do believe they will do the what it takes for the best interest of SWM as a whole which is the team as well as shareholders, we have to all play our part.
