SWM don’t need to make an immediate announcement on a change of substantial holding they can take up to 5 business days the same is also for directors buying up.
We have a short interest of 2.45% on the stock now which has given traders incentives to create a short squeeze in order to accumulate and force the shorters to close their positions. A few big guys can do lots of buying and force this up to 15c easily and make the shorter close his position and buy back on the market. When this happens the guys who participated in the short squeeze will sell to the shorter and make a profit.
This has been so hard hit and hated on for so long and now we have a market cap that’s easily manipulated so expect some guys jumping in for easy money
however there is a chance some shorters know some inside information which can be dangerous...
