the sale of pacific mags was subject to the ACCC wasnt it, and now that has paat then they are committed, and i believe this is why they wanted to close new Zealand. Australia has a bigger population so I believe they would rather have Australia, and for trying to reduce the amount they pay. well I think that it wont be accepted by SWM. I believe it was allways the intention to close New Zealand but it was subject to the purchase of pacific mags.
