Just as a reminder, vulture investment funds like to short companies that they believe are going to get bankrupt.
In that case, they can buyback the stocks for penny on the dollar.
I don't believe that will happen here, but please DYOR and be aware of the risk. We may not see the complete picture.
There must be a valid reason why 7% of this huge company is shorted, not "just for fun" or "just a insto market manipulation".
To be honest, I'm buying into a bit of a gamble here, but won't invest more than I'm willing to loose. GLTAH.
