later this year URW are opening the "westfield mall of the netherland" in Leidschendam.....which will be largest mall in the netherlands and one of the lasrgest in europe.....will be home to 280 stores covering an area of 117,000 m2. seperately to this i heard an interview where the CEO said that it takes up to 10 years from start to finish to get a mall up and running! to me that implies high barriers to entry within this industry......also those worried about debt just need to remind themselves of the the assets they can sell down to pay debt off.......
