Not sure why all the need to do such calculations...
the institutional shorters took this down for a ride and it will be them that take it back up.
yes there may be short term pain with rentals but centres are opening back up.
once more do, just that news in itself will carry this back up. COVID 19 is not end of world or shopping centres. Humans need social interaction and many get that going shopping.
sit back relax and enjoy the ride back up over the coming months.
