Thanks AuContraire. I have spent the last 20+ years working in the Australian retail market. I can attest that Chadstone in Melbourne and Chatswood Chase are considered two of the best A+ grade malls in Australia...All i am saying is that the rest of the Vicinity portfolio of 58 malls are of a lower relative quality......Similarly URW has 55 such A+ grade malls like Westfiled London etc.....out of its total portfolio of 95?
plus vicinity is primarily just exposed to Australia......where as URW is geographically spread across Europe and America. I personally like that risk profile a lot more appealing.
