The first thing you would do is check for FDA - tick. Then next do a valuation sensitivity of what $5/10/20m from the US would mean. By this stage you have already found multiples of upside for the share price without even considering other countries. Hence a comfortable buy. Further if you go back and check lucasq comments, I think you will find he was just dealing in scenario analysis of what is possible from the US. He never said Respiri will achieve $100m from the US, he just went through the maths to show that it is possible
