I guess they have tripled the RSH share price from the 5.5c raise they did back in March not long after they took over the company which had no cash and looked very precarious as previous management took it right to the wall and achieved nothing and paid themselves cash and in the money options. The new management now have a company with $13m and a product to roll out... I’d say they have done wonders in that time... imagine what they can do in 3yrs if they did this in 1 yr?

shareholders can hold them to account by way of voting at the AGM held in 2 days which asked for shareholders to vote on options that only provide any value to management well over $0.30 per share. The Shareprice would have to be 40-50c before they could even think about exercising especially being managment ans the board...
so For these to be worth anything the company needs to be valued at $300-400m plus and that won’t happen without revenue to justify a market cap of $300-400m in other worlds making RSH a commercial success... The vote on Wed will tell you what shareholders think.
I for one would rather incentivise performance over and above anything - so if they can add value above 30c I’d like to see them rewarded to drive it from that point and beyond $1 and more as it’s good for shareholders and managment alike.
