ROFL just noticed you own Magnis. Read your post mate. At face value I don't think so but don't know enough to be sure.
Magnis run a small'ish battery manufacturing plant in NY. My guess is with all the battery manufacturing plants being built and the lack of experience on know how to run 1, he got pinched by a much larger company.
