There’s reference to China blocking graphite exports to Sweden in particular. It’s been there for a while but I think it extends to other critical minerals with a battle between Europe and China - Europe imposing tariffs on some materials from China. Seems in line with the US trying not to rely too much on China. All should be good for SYR but flow on effects might still take time.
