Hopefully when Vidalia has been built after installing the delayed specialised piping from Oklahoma. Worst case would be first production which might not happen until xmas. It will take a month or 2 to calibrate the first mills. I'm no expert but I'd say they have to do it a couple of mills at a time and it looks like they have 30-40 of them in the 2nd building.

They had enough mills to produce 5kt per year in the original building but don't know how many were calibrated. They have been producing 12nm so those mills would have to be recalibrated to 18nm. I think they have to send them somewhere to get tested and if not right, adjust the calibration and then retest until they get it right. Tesla might want to do their own testing before excepting the first/each batch.

From the latest tweet, looks like most of the carbon coating equipment and the furnaces have been installed in the 3rd building. The purification pipe work between the 2nd and 3rd building was more extensive than I thought. The specialised piping from Oklahoma would be for the purification I'd say.
