If the company is clever it should be using the weekend to pull together an ASX announcement outlining what is known about this legislation and possible impact for the graphite market outside of China.
Certainly have a good reason so ASX should not have an issue, what with an Intraday price movt of 26% and the 5th biggest volume day in the last 12 months.
