Think about it Normandy. Do you really think the US gave SYR the $102m DOE loan, $150m DFC loan, the $220m DOE grant just so the Chinese can take SYR over, pocket the benefits then refuse to sell graphite to them?
Besides, Vidalia is in the US. There is no chance they'll allow it to fall into Chinese hands on national security grounds. The Chinese know this. They're not stupid. Just the opposite.
