Whike I agree they will have to buy back eventually, I think this time they will bring back down and take advantage of all the mums and dads today that have bought in on the hype.
Yes it is a favourable announcement for non Chinese graphite producers, but it's not a total ban that I think a lot of people are associating with the news. It's just that the Chinese companies require a permit. We are now seeing the shorts take advantage of the hype that took place on open.
