However with the Chinese restrictions, one would expect demand to increase ex-China wouldnt you?
who do you expect SYR to sell graphite to in any quantity and why?
Im not sure what you mean here, are you implying that no one wants to buy graphite from Syria in the future, they would rather buy elsewhere?
