Imagine, SYR is back to full production with better margin in the next 3-6 months - No chance. Flake graphite needs to be processed into something useful like active anode material for LiB's or brake linings. Very little of the processing is manufactured outside China atm.
Some companies including SYRare hoping to change the current processing situation. But it takes time and a lot of money.
