Your first three para's confirm what I thought was the current position ....just "musing "as to whether the Washington presence at the Conference , might throw in "something else ", particularly seeing Jigah Shah so keen to accelerate the "stimulation"of critical materials Projects ???
You are likely right about the status of Vidalia ....the only possible variable , would be that Shaun advises that Vidalia is "operationally ready "...and it will be officially opened on the xx date of December 2023 > and so as to "impact "on that date , the DOE upgraded/revised Loan is announced to co-incide with the official opening ?
In the scheme of things , really immaterial . Just would like to see Announced /Activated by the 31st Dec 2023 , and another Offtake announced , or changed from an MOU to a Binding Contract .
Material changes to the 6th Nov shorts position of 15.67% will likely once again , shine a torch beforehand ....on any coming significant Releases !
