Seeing the current foreign input DOE paper asks for "submissions ", whether that creates wriggle room for the IRA to "extend the rules " to apply to only USA made ...until say the commencement of (say) 2025 or 2026 ??

The EV Car and Battery Manufacturers must be making submissions to State Government Senators everywhere there is a factory built , or being built ...to keep these subsidies going ....or one big clusterf##k , becomes the domino effect of vehicle sales dramatic slowdown , labour layoffs , factory partial closures ,,,,and with the extension to all the subsiduary industries relying on EV Manufacturing !
Surely there has to be a compromise develop ..and one which also benefits Syrah in terms of greater financial support and acceleration of Vidalia build MARK 2 .
