Imo shorts will cover when it's total despair. people still thinking it's a bargain buying more. "topping up" you've got to respect the other bloke on the end of the trade.. you're buying thinking wow what a bargain.. he's selling thinking great got out that I might re but when the knife finally hits the deck.
