    Proga do you think the $350 million dollars loan plus any existing cash and potential tax rebates will be enough to finance the 45kt expansion without raising any additional funds? No

    It's high stakes poker.

    Do you wait for the graphite market to improve along with the MC when all the new western giga battery manufacturers are clambering for natural AAM from IRA compliant producers who require flake graphite from Balama or do you dive head first and maintain your first mover integrated status and try and supply as much of it as you can yourself?

    A lot will depend on how SYR can secure funding and how fast. This will depend on how many off-takes they can sign to use as leverage to gain access into the capital markets for funding. The Tesla off-take and signing a few large Balama off-takes with other non-integrated AAM producers would be beneficial. Also off-takes for the other 20kt of AAM available from the 45kt expansion. I'm hoping the US Govt will make pointed suggestions to companies to sign with us. I don't believe they want the 45kt expansion delayed.
