Absolutely it is... Vadalia first production will be a key milestone to bring on the US motor vehicle industry en masse. Starts with US Govt funding it, and then US car industry inc (Ford, GM etc etc) will now move to support the US govt investment. That's how these work in the US , someone forgot to tell the rabid shorters.....
