Tesla have a binding contract and the big 3 Koreans have MOUs which often mean product testing and development is ongoing. These are huge deals which are critical to supply chains. Stuff ups are not easily corrected. Panasonic have signed elsewhere it happens. Every product is different we can’t spread too thin
