yep, Non-EV car manufacturers now booming, look at Toyota's share price . They refuse to go fully electric until the charging infrastructure is in place everywhere
So hedge funds are short the whole EV space, and obviously SYR as well . But SYR has a catalyst in the form of a key part of the US EV supply chain that is built out at the moment.
