The grim truth remains that despite an incredible US centric thematic that SYR are deeply embedded in, the technicals remain extremely bearish... I have outlined 64/66 as the level i am watching for a break to confirm a change in trend , others will have different levels. Until fundamentals and technicals align there is no rush to BUY
