    If they get an increased US DOE loan this thing is going to fly.... ie: the risk is firmly to the upside around this

    As usual it's about now that HK based US short sellers get in, so let's see if it bubbles up through the rest of the day as they cover. I already have it on its way to 85 cents, if you assume 62 gap is a breakaway gap.
