SP will be kept under offer price until SPP closes.
This discourages retail from taking up their entitlement as shares can be bought cheaper on market BUT those shares will be diluted once the offer closes and new shares are issued,
Also means the underwriter gets lots of shares to dole out to their mates who might otherwise not have been able to participate and/or would exceed their allocated amount under the SPP.
Also (and more importantly) it means my 100% extra application under the SPP will definitely get filled.
