    From your personal perspective, to avoid dilution, you would need to acquire sufficient additional shares to give you the same percentage ownership of the company after the SPP as before.

    Shouldn't really matter whether they come from current existing shares or the newly minted ones as part of the SPP.

    I still think it boils down to what's the most cost effective / cheapest way to acquire them, but obviously it's your call.
