As you know I've been perplexed how it all fits together with the US's IRA. 40% target on spherical graphite production capacity is interesting considering if TLG ever get a mining permit, their current plans are to produce 19kt AAM by 2030. 19kt would be lucky to cover 1% of demand by 2030.
There seems to be too much wishful thinking and not enough in-depth knowledge trying to stitch together the EU plan.
