Nice one @BullionBull I got that wrong, but I can only comment at the time of writing, at that time, the WAPOL was planning to deliver this in-house. They may have tried, realised it is much more difficult than they thought and gone out to market. if WAPOL are at the drone summit tomorrow, I will ask and let you know what they say.
