Politicians enact the Legislation regarding Conspiracy.

Police charge people with Conspiracies.

Lawyers and Barristers defend or prosecute people charged with Conspiracies.

Members of a Jury judge as to guilt or innocence relating to Conspiracies.

Judges give their judgement and terms of said judgement relating to people charged with Conspiracy.

General members of the public have a duty to report a crime like Conspiracy. It's an offence not to report a crime like Conspiracy.



So what's the big deal with a Conspiracy, given that so many people are involved in one on both sides of the Law?

What's the big deal when it is an obligation under the Law to report an Illegal Conspiracy?
