i have spoken FACTS unlike you. how is it a fact, people branding across the front page of the newspaper, and across the adio at every news break that property in perth going to go up by 30k over this year. its an OPINION. and its decieving and trying to sway more people into taking out more debt. the entire system runs off it and the only way prices will continue to rise is with higher levels of debt than each previous year.
fact is what i said, median price is down by 0.39% so far this year in perth in what is generally a good month for property price increases.
