Passive you strike me as someone likely to buy products from Infomercials too ... its on the TV after all.

If you don't think you can be manipulated by the media, that's a matter for you, but ask yourself how do media make money and who pays them?

You my friend are a marketing mans dream, there are many like you, but your numbers are falling. People are waking up to it, and marketers have had to become smarter and more cunning to take your money. Keep your eyes open.

As for blind ideology - I was a bull 6 months ago and had been for most of the last 20 years of property investing. And I will turn bullish again, the end game is not that far away now.
