While I do agree with your view in part MM, we are well past the days of polite political discussion unfortunately.

There are many trolls in these threads that are clearly here to try and distract and deflect the conversation which is frustrating, but despite all that there is quite a bit to be learned if you can sift through the crap.

E.g. what the ADF and the reservists might actually be doing. Shout out to curule for his insight.

Having said all that , would you agree that it was only the intense media scrutiny that put a rocket up Scotty's backside ? He went from chillin' on a beach to being very front and centre with the cash machine in high gear in a very short time.

I'll guarantee that when the next crisis comes along, Scott from marketing will be all over it like a fat kid on a cupcake.
