I interpret this as .... Eventually you don't keep drilling and testing for exploration.....you get your tenement to the point whereby your FID can be approved and you move into a construction phase.
Svl has proven up the reserves base more than sufficiently.
no more needed on that front. From here, it is approvals and construction. Simply no need for further exploration.
but others may read it differently?
