Those figures make the assumption that wah nam transferred everything from their associates prior to 15 June to get to the 55.33%. I don't think it's safe to make any assumptions where wah nam are concerned. What if they had 55.33% but still had say another 5% amongst associates for manipulation purposes (ie. so they can still trade under the radar without issuing notices). I think it is very likely. In that case there is a very real chance they could have BRM de-listed in January should they wish to do so.
