I think people are under estimating how quickly vaccination programmes will take to roll out.
The UK used 15m vaccination doses in 2 months, most of which are the 2 dose Pfizer vaccines.
So basically close to 15m people or 25% of the total population have received one dose in 2 months & that doesn't take into account the people (mostly children) who won't get vaccinated.
The UK has secured enough doses to treat 4 times the population!

Front-line staff including those in hospitals are first in the queue everywhere, so the very people who will carrying out the trials will be first to be vaccinated.
It also isn't a stretch for anyone who can receive a dose will receive a dose on admission to a hospital for whatever reason.
So personally I think there is a strong chance the Phillips trial will commence in the 2nd half of calendar year 2021, if not the Sep quarter.
