I’m on an absolute losing streak when any of my portfolio has the FDA hammer hanging over it. LDX the first time, MSB and BOT. Surely PCK will turn things around. Who knows why the price has shot up so suddenly and I doubt Painchek will have any stories for the Highway Patrol cop. Maybe someone in the US of A has seen good results in their current RAC trial. It’s only retail volume giving us green.
It’s SaaS, so no manufacturing or potency issues, it’s deNovo so no existing competitors, it’s tried and tested elsewhere so labelling shouldn’t be an issue and FDA’s cash cow in Big Pharma will probably welcome the chance to sell more pain killing drugs. If anything, it’ll benefit from the massive amount of data the integrated systems will provide. Reduction in falls alone should have the RAC’s hurrying to sign up.
